Swedish Christmas Buffet Menu (Svenskt Julbord) Part 1

... Happy to share with you the ingredients to create this real traditonal Swedish Christmas Buffet Menu. Let's start  in the right order. First of all, the herring wich exists in many different tastes. On my buffet you will be sure to find at least the classic "matjes", mustard, garlic and onion/carrots version. All this in good company with tiny boiled new potatoes, sour cream, dill and boiled eggs garnished with fresh herbs. To drink? Beer with a vodka shot. Skål!
