Chicken Piccata


This recipe comes in english, easier and more understandable for me and maybe you can learn something new! After all this "eating business" during X-mas and on top of that working in a kitchen all day I just feel like preparing something simple and tasty! The Chicken Piccata is a perfect choice, this is my version:

Recipe


  • Chicken (or turkey) breasts
  • Capers
  • Lemon
  • Chicken stock
  • Sea salt and Fresh black Pepper
  • Salvia or Estragon
  • Fresh full sour creme
  • Olive oil and butter

Turn your meat in flour before frying in hot oil and butter, three minutes on each side. Add lemon juice, stock cube and capers season. Let simmer for a couple of minutes, stir gently and cover your meat with the sauce. Serve with fresh pasta or another vegetable of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
