Waffles Recipe :
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Makes 6 to 8 waffles
Ingredients:
- 1¾ dl of flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1¾ cups of whole milk
- ½ cup vegtable oil
- ½ tsp of vanilla powder or a just a pre-prepared mix :-)
Preparation:
Pre-heat the waffle iron, choose hottest setting.

Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat the eggs and put in sugar, milk and oil.
Now add the liquid ingredients to dry. Blend gently.
Brush both surfaces in the iron with a silicone brush dipped in oil.
Use a big spoon to mesure your waffle, place it in the iron and close.
Let it cook until iron indicate that cooking is complete. The waffle tastes the best when it's golden and crunchy! Serve it straight away with whipped cream and jam (strawberry or rasberry for example).
