Swedish Christmas Buffet Menu (Svenskt Julbord) Part 3

Another version of ... herring! Fried herring is just dreamlike. Serve with mashed potatoes, or boiled. Serve chopped red onions on the side with lingonberry jam. The fish is crumbed with breadcrumbs and dipped into a whipped yolk before put into the frying pan. Garnish with fresh parsley. That's all folks.
