Ingredients:
- 6 fine beef tomatoes
- some olive oil
- garlic cloves
- 1 yellow onions
- 2 cups of cooked rice, basmati
- 1-2 tbsp. of white wine (ev.some water if needed)
- 1 tsp of cumin, chili & cinnamon
- salt and pepper as always
- 150 gr of feta cheese or breadcrumbs
- fresh parsley on the top
- baby leaf
- 400 gr of mixed beef and pork mince
Recipe:
Preheat an oven to 225°
Cut the tomatoes, empty them (with a spoon for ex.) and keep the hat + the pulp for later.
Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan to prepare your meat sauce. Fry the onion and the garlic, add the mince and the pulp, season with your spices. In the meantime cook the rice in a small saucepan on the side. Now pour in the white wine, simmer on low heat . Cook for 5 minutes longer.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture (mince & rice), and mix in the cheese. Sprinkle with parsley on the top. Arrange the stuffed tomatoes on a baking dish and bake, until you find your tomatoes tender and soft. Should take about 20 minutes, depends on your oven. Serve hot or preheat next day. A really nice & tasty winter dish.

- lite oliv olja
- vitlöks klyftor
- 1 gul lök
- 2 muggar vitt ris (basmati)
- 1-2 teskedar vitt vin (ev. lite extra vätska vid behov)
- 1 tesked av cummin, chilipeppar & kanel
- salt & peppar hör till
- 150 gr feta ost eller ströbröd om du föredrar
- färsk persilja för garnening
- lagerblad
- 400 gr blandfärs
Recept:
Förvärm ugnen till 225°
Skär och töm tomaterna (med en soppsked), spara fruktköttet och hatten till senare.
