I just came back from the best vacation, ever ...! A bit strange to dismiss x-mas and not celebrate in the traditional way but, enjoyable for a change. No swedish herring dishes or french oysters but colourful sweet pastries (and lot's of other things). I can assure you that it looks better than it tastes but ... A lot of fun, and only one time of the year so, be my guest!
