Turkey Chili with a twist



Recipe: Turkey Chili with a twist
  • 120 gr of fresh Turkey fillet (per person) 
  • 1 big jar of peeled tomatoes
  • 400 gr of red kidney beens
  • 2 large yellow onions (paprika)
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fresh coriander
  • 2 table spoons of chili powder and curry powder (cumin)
  • S & P, Tabasco
  • 3 table spoons of sour cream
  • Olive oil
  • Preparation/cooking time 15-20 minutes
For a feast or anyday of the week ... Pour a little olive oil into your pan, cut the meat in large chunks before frying. Now prepare your onions and the garlic, take out the meat before frying. Add spices and tomatoes and the meat, let it simmer for 10-15 minutes and stir in the sour cream and coriander before serving. Quick, tasty and colourful! Serve with rice, or a warm tortilla.
